Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to this PROSKY corporate website. PROSKY provides fiber-optic, telecommunications and network infrastructure products through an international network of partners. The website is an informational and inquiry channel: browsing it does not require an account, and it does not sell anything directly.
2. Information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to submit through the website’s forms — the quote request, contact and partner application forms. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name and company name
- Contact details: email address, phone number, country and city
- Your business type and preferred contact method
- What you write about your project, inquiry or market — including product categories, models and quantities you are interested in
File attachments selected in the quote form currently stay on your device; upload activates only once file storage is configured, and this policy will be updated when it is. We do not collect payment information, government identifiers or any special categories of data, and we ask you not to include them in free-text fields.
3. Why we collect it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation or assess a partner application
- To contact you through the method you chose
- To keep a record of the inquiry while it is being handled
- To protect the forms from automated abuse (rate limiting and spam detection)
We do not use your form submissions for advertising, we do not build marketing profiles from them, and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.
4. Where it is stored and for how long
Form submissions are delivered to the PROSKY team’s inbox and retained in the website’s inquiry log. We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business record-keeping, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see section 7).
5. Third parties
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with service providers that operate parts of this website on our behalf:
- Email delivery (Resend):when email delivery is configured, form submissions are transmitted to our inbox via Resend’s email API. Resend processes the message content in order to deliver it.
- Hosting: the infrastructure provider that hosts this website processes technical request data (such as IP addresses in server logs) as part of serving pages.
If your inquiry concerns a specific region, the relevant PROSKY regional team or authorised representative may handle the response.
6. Cookies
This website currently sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Only strictly essential, technical storage may be used — for example, what the hosting platform needs to serve the site securely. Because there is nothing to opt out of, there is no cookie banner. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are ever introduced, this section and the site will be updated first, and your consent will be requested where required.
7. Your rights and data requests
You can ask us, at any time, to access, correct, export or delete the personal information you submitted through this website, or to stop contacting you about an inquiry. To make a data request, use the contact form and mention “data request” in the subject — we treat these with priority. Verified regional contact details will be published on the contact page as they are confirmed.
8. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to submitted inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, so please keep anything highly sensitive out of free-text fields.
9. Governing law
The governing law and supervisory jurisdiction for this policy are to be confirmed by PROSKY and will be stated here once confirmed. Until then, we aim to honour the data-protection principles described above for all visitors, wherever they are.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date at the top. Meaningful changes — new data collected, new third parties, new cookies — will be highlighted, not buried.
